Milestones

Below is a list of That Little Museum's milestones

  • 2007 - Nicole Williams started collecting specimens.

In 2007 was when Nicole Williams our museum creator started to collect specimens. The first specimen Nicole received was some Red-Legged Sameera bird's feathers and these are currently in That Little Museum.

  • From 2007 until 2023 Nicole continued to collect specimens!

From 2007 until 2023 Nicole continued to collect specimens from all over the world. From collecting bits and bobs on holiday to being sent specimens from zoos, collectors, museums etc.

From animal furs to nails, claws, feathers, bugs and more

The collection just got bigger and bigger.

  • October 2023 - Tiger Fur and Whisker donated to us

In October 2023 we was very lucky to be donated some tigers fur and a whisker what has been removed during routine surgery from a Siberian Tiger at a UK zoo.

The fur was donated and this became one of the most rarest specimen we own.

  • September 2023 - That Little Museum is born

In September 2023 That Little Museum was created after many people showed interest in seeing the specimens Nicole had collected since a young age. We decided to create That Little Museum by creating social media profiles, ordering display units etc.

  • February 2024 - That Little Museum website is born!

In February 2024 ThatLittleMuseum.com was invented and went live on the internet.

Over the next few weeks we added lots of content to the site including HD image of the specimens and facts about where they came from.

  • February 2024 - The Ultra Rare Naja Katiensis Snake Skin is donated to That Little Museum

In February 2024 we where very kindly donated a shed of Naja Katiensis Snake skin. This specimen donated to us is the only one in any museum collection in the world. You can read more about it here.
