This is a beautiful Pygmy Marmoset baby specimen displayed in a glass dome. 

Unfortunately this baby didn't live very long before it passed away and now has been turned into something beautiful.

This little cutie was preserved by freeze dry taxidermy, the method involves a very slow procedure of freezing the specimen by extracting all the water contained within the animal in the form of vapour from a low pressure vacuum. The vapour is collected by a condenser and turns back to ice before being extracted.

This means that all the animals organs are still inside the taxidermy and not removed like the traditional method.
